• Are there fences between Tanda Tula and the Kruger National Park?
  No, the reserve is unfenced, ensuring free movement of wildlife across the Greater Kruger ecosystem.
• How many people are in a vehicle?
  We accommodate a maximum of six guests per safari vehicle to ensure a personalized experience.
• Can I request a private vehicle, and what are the costs?

• What are the logistics for getting to Tanda Tula?
  We recommend flying into Hoedspruit Airport (HDS), where we can arrange transfers. Self-driving guests can also access Tanda Tula via the Timbavati gate. Click here for travel options and directions.

• Is Tanda Tula open year-round?
  Yes, Tanda Tula Safari Camp is open all year round.
• What is the weather like?
  Tanda Tula has a sub-tropical climate, with hot weather year-round, summer rains, and cold nights in winter.

  We are located in a low-risk area, but we recommend consulting with your local doctor before your trip.

• From what age are children welcome at Tanda Tula?
  Children aged 6 and above are welcome at our camps. For exclusive-use bookings, younger children may also be accommodated.
• Can children go on safaris with their parents?
  Yes, children can join game drives, with tailored experiences to ensure their safety and enjoyment.

  The Family Suite is designed for privacy and comfort, offering two connected rooms with shared living spaces, perfect for families traveling together. As both rooms have en-suite bathrooms and can be closed off for complete privacy, they are also ideal for 4 adults travelling together.
• Can extra beds be added to Safari or Family Suites?
  Yes, extra beds can be arranged for children. Contact our reservations team for setup options and availability.

• Can you accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions?

• What are the meal times and venues?
  Meals are served at flexible times to suit safari schedules. Dining experiences include riverbed dinners, boma evenings, and private dining in your suite.

• What discount do honeymoon couples receive?
  One spouse in a honeymoon couple qualifies for 50% off when staying for three nights or more.
• What is the eligibility period for honeymoon discounts?
  Couples are eligible for the discount within 12 months of their wedding date.
