A few days ago we posted an update regarding a leopard sighting close to camp. Well, we managed to get a few photos of the elusive cat from her elevated view point, high in the branches of a marula tree.
This magnificent female had just killed a young impala and safely stashed it away in the branches of a nearby tree.
She had eaten her fill and was taking a rest high up in the tree which had a fantastic view of the surrounding bush.
She could hardly keep her eyes open as we enjoyed this wonderful sighting of her lounging around. What a moment!
