Rain glorious rain!
We were incredibly lucky over the weekend to have had over 65mm of rain. The bush is looking amazing, our dams are full and there are natural pans all over the country side with frog calls resonating throughout the bushveld.
The recent rain has also caused us rivers to flow again. The Nlharalumi River in front of camp, which is usually dry, was a swirly mass of water on Monday with a lone hippo bull slowly plodding his way down stream in search of a mate.
This has also proved interesting in terms of getting our guests to the camp as well as supplies, which are both being ferried across by Land Rover at the moment. We hope to welcome you soon to this green paradise whether that be by vehicle or by boat!
