Exciting news: From the 2nd of October, SA Express will expand its Cape Town to Hoedspruit route with the introduction of a Sunday flight. This means there will now be three direct flights between Cape Town and Hoedspruit each week.
This is fantastic news, as now travellers are able to be more flexible with their travel dates when visiting the Timbavati.
The announcement follows hardly a month after the initial launch of the route and comes as a result of increased customer demand from both domestic and international travellers, says the airline.
“We knew that there was a need for a direct connection from Cape Town and the uptake has proven that. Tourism to the area is benefiting from the route and the increased frequency will bring more value for the local economy,” said SA Express CEO, Inati Ntshanga.
The Sunday flights will depart Cape Town at 09h30, arriving in Hoedspruit at 12h10. The return service will depart Hoedspruit at 12h45, arriving in Cape Town at 15h25.
