Something Warming on Cold Safari Nights - Hot Chai

We know Tanda Tula is a safari camp and not a snow skiing destination, but some evenings a little warm concoction is required! And this Hot Chai with a kick is just the thing to warm cold hands and start a small internal flame. Often the guests get back from their evening safari and want to indulge in a warm cocktail while chatting around the open fire or at the bar area. This chai tipple has become a real favourite recently, so we have decided to share the recipe, enjoy!
